Download the app, create an account, and submit a chef application through the "Become a Chef" option in your profile. Our team will review your application within 24-48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
How are chefs paid?
Chefs receive payouts directly to their bank accounts. You can request a payout anytime from your Earnings dashboard. Bank transfers are free, instant cashouts have a small fee.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are limited to once per month to ensure service stability.
What areas does Flavor Eat serve?
Flavor Eat is expanding to new cities regularly. Check the app to see if there are chefs in your area, or apply to be the first chef in your city!
How do refunds work?
If there's an issue with your order, contact support within 24 hours. We review each case individually and process refunds where appropriate.
