By accessing or using Flavor Eat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including customers who order food and chefs who provide food preparation services.
Flavor Eat is a marketplace platform that connects customers with local home chefs who prepare and sell home-cooked meals. The App facilitates:
Flavor Eat acts as an intermediary platform and is not the provider of the food itself. Chefs are independent service providers, not employees of Flavor Eat.
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Flavor Eat is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Flavor Eat. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
When you place an order through Flavor Eat, you are making an offer to purchase food from an independent chef. The order is confirmed when the chef accepts it.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including food costs, delivery fees, service fees, and any applicable taxes or tips.
Order cancellation policies may vary. Generally, orders can be cancelled before the chef begins preparation. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance with cancellations or refunds.
While chefs may list allergen information, Flavor Eat cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in any meal. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please communicate directly with the chef before ordering.
To become a chef on Flavor Eat, you must complete an application process and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. Some cities may require a food license to operate. You represent that you have all necessary permits and licenses.
You agree to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Flavor Eat reserves the right to suspend or terminate chef accounts that receive consistent negative feedback or violate our quality standards.
You set your own menu prices. Flavor Eat charges a service fee on each transaction based on your subscription tier (Free: 15%, Pro: 9%, Power: 6%). Earnings are available for payout according to our payout schedule.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu descriptions and images. All uploaded images may be reviewed by our AI moderation system to ensure appropriateness and quality.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flavor Eat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading content (such as menu photos), you grant Flavor Eat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Flavor Eat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the food prepared by chefs. Each chef is an independent party responsible for their own operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flavor Eat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flavor Eat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding payments or obligations will remain due.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
